Which devices are supported?
Break Loop works on iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Screen Time access is required on first launch.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. Basic blocking rules are free. Some features, including Strict Lock, are available with Break Loop Pro.
Can I turn a rule off while it is blocking?
Rules with Strict Lock off can be turned off by pressing and holding for 5 seconds. Rules with Strict Lock on help prevent turning them off while blocked.
Troubleshooting
If blocking does not start
Please check the settings below.
1. Screen Time is turned on in the Settings app.
2. Screen Time access is allowed for Break Loop in the Settings app.
3. The rule time matches the current time.
